Pros

A lot of trainings either general or specific In my office there is budget for your own development. Also there were some MOOCS for taking courses and recently an internal platform for roles and processes trainings. The collaboration is global during projects. Home office of course but need to be available in city for any request.

Cons

My R&D office has the same building than a production plant and the environment is not like a pure R&D or any IT company you would expect, no google-facebook anylike office type expectation. Suggest to assure the office is dedicated to R&D which there is.

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
