      The spirit in the company is very welcoming and young. Workload management and employee wellbeing. Having the opportunity to working in a tier 1 company with direct contact with OEM's. Hybrid work (1X in the office per week). Working daily with other engineers from all over the world.

      Cons

      Very low Portuguese Engineering paychecks. High habitational cost for Portuguese workers.

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
