Dysfunctional management Lack of common business sense. Location run with an Engineering mindset and no common sense. Running a "business" and "engineering" are two different animals however Engineering mindset runs this location. Horrible cafeteria food and expensive. Very slow to change anything for the better. Open to suggestions but they fall on deaf ears. Older management in place who is not open to change. Decent benefits package and excellent 401k match.
