      working in international team work on new technologies with latest equipment (electron microscopy, robots, etc..) internal/external trainings nice working environment, offices, meeting rooms, quite zones, free cafe, etc...

      Cons

      young people with limited or no know-how, knowleadge (very low seniority) high fluctuation that causes the projects start from beginning over and over again too many meetings with no or limited outputs low cost manufacturing locations with less skilled people

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
