Pros

Warm atmosphere, good opportunities to develop yourself, courses to follow, good managers, yearly review meetings with pay rate increasing (depends on the objective level you achieved), yearly bonus from Continental Sharing Program and much more.

Cons

Lower flexibility in bringing new ideas and implement them (innovations, departments improvements). This is very dependent by the location you work and also by your managers, if they empower you continuously or just apparently to achieve their targets about innovations.

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
