      Flexible work schedule. World wide company, giving opportunity to work with people with lots of experience and knowledge. Good working environment. Stable company. Backed by a successful company with billions of revenue

      Cons

      Management don't care about work-life balance, it is bad. Salary can be better. Slow career growth. Nobody cares about ergonomics in office furniture and equipment.Work experience is very different between business units. Too much bureaucracy.

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
