Pros

Flexibility: lots of work, different types of work and all kinds of work arrangements. Mobility: lots of opportunity to move up or sideways. Clarity: the vision for the company as a whole is always laid out clearly and everyone knows where to go next.

Cons

Middle management in Singapore do not know what they are doing, accepting ALL kinds of work from upper management but all they do is kicking them down to the developers. Spend the majority of time asking developers to do excel, and pilot projects that serve no purpose, sometimes those pilot projects contradict or overlap each other. Middle management also spend the rest of their time infighting.

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
