1)Continental TCI(Tech Center India) is servicing to locations across Germany and Korea/Japan 2)Service Company based work culture. Especially in power train department(Engine Systems,Transmission and (CES)Conti Engineering Serv) 3)Local projects have less budget, More work pressure. 4)German Counterparts have no trust on BLR location, They will send junk work here to India, 5)Same routine job, No new good projects to work, No new things to work. 6)Lot of Politics. 7)No clear career path is defined. 8)Some Departments have too less budgets to buy workstations(Good monitors/mouse) for its employees. 9)Far away from city, E city ph2. 10)Work from home facility is given but no laptops are provided (power train department)People fight for team laptops to avail work form home facility. 11)More pressure on developer, He asked to do everything,(Development, Design Review, testing, quality,) 12)If sw bug comes, Managers points at developers and and make him sole responsible for defects 20% of deduction in variable pay, If developer introduces any sw bug .

Cons

Toxic management and work environment. Management feels as if they can talk to employees however they want without them saying anything back.
