      Pros

      Exposure to the latest automotive technology. Challenging projects. Working with a multicultural team of experts.

      Cons

      Not a proactive company a reactive company. Management does not want to invest in preventing failures on a project but is willing to spend millions of euros cleaning up the errors that could easily been prevented. Management is mostly disconnected of all projects not knowing even what is happening.

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
