      Working conditions were good, not too much stress, young team Good training possibilities, flexible working schedule, decent management team Very few cases of required overtime Training and trips outside the country (mostly Germany)

      Cons

      Limited career opportunities, no real opportunities to access a job in other Continental offices (in Germany for example) A "wall" between the colleagues in Germany and the ones in rest of the world, you feel the separation for all decissions

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
