      The sufficient training is given w.r.t projects. Flexibility in working time.

      Cons

      Repeated talk about particular topics. Recently started to follow the process in projects. Will get bore after sometime because of repetative work. Contract people pls avoid!! No Priority for them. Managers dont have in depth knowledge in technology. More Partiality within other vendor based employees.

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
