Cons
- Alignment problems between middle management and top management. - Too much hierarchy and information loss. - Passive and old timers in the middle management. - Not recommended for Techie guys. They are more interested in saving their seats. - Management lacks initiative and dynamism. - Has no proper work or salary standards. Germany does not share core work & local management have top talent to finally spit on their faces. - Germany isn't devoid of petty politics. They don't appreciate and cannot handle conflicts in opinions.They have a long history of politics, to push aside worthy guys. They are proud of their history, but, don't like Hitler who is part of their own history. - Fact is, Company could not retain guys who made all the technology and whoever exists now is almost a fake (providing benefit of doubt). So, they would like to deflect conversations and protect their seats. Do not expect anything remotely technical from them. Worst of all, they won't accept it.
