The amount of corporate involvement is truly admirable, the charitable foundations and on-going employee programs and development are why Coach has been named year after year "Best Company to work for." EI&D is welcomed with open arms.
Cons
Navigating your way initially could be a challenge but don't be afraid to ask questions, get involved. Too much good stuff can be overwhelming! Don't get involved in the politics as every company has them, stay true to your character.
