Pros
The only pros of working at coach that I can think of would be..... Nothing. I have been there a week I am the top salesman already and that's fine except I am selling around $7,000 daily. I make about $88 daily
Cons
Even worse than that. We outsource all of our things to China and the Philippines and we are not paying them livable wages or helping create livable conditions in the countries in which they are working hard for us. Also people were told to use her top shelf top-of-the-line designer bags and they are On shelves on top of each other sometimes in the floor there's nothing top of the line or professional about these bags they're not worth $400 guy than worth 100 you can help stop this bull *hit if you just stop buying coach until the my stop outsourcing. They try so hard to make it sound as if all of our things are made here in the U.S. Why not just make it here instead of putting on the front? You would cut your carbon foot print and yes you would have to pay livable wages but I can assure you more people would buy your bags.
