      Pros

      The pros are that as long as the store makes there goals, everybody gets a bonus! The discount is great!! & your not extremely over worked for what your paid.also the entry level pay is acceptable.

      Cons

      The dress code & some of the stupid little rules. Managers can sometimes be petty & it may serm like there trying to pick on you but the store could be secret shoped at anytime so everything has to be perfect.
