Pros
Money. Benefits. Flexible scheduling. Bonuses were nice, but have largely disappeared. Clientele trends to upscale, but can still be irrational and difficult.
Cons
Management is out of touch with what it takes to run a store day-to-day by the standards they put forth. They've gone through a couple of CEOs since I left, so that may not currently be the case. Culture is one of micro-management, and employee worth is defined solely by metrics that can be manipulated by something as simple as a grumpy cashier.
