Pros
If you sell a million dollars worth of merch than you get to attend the yearly sales conference in some exotic warm locale. Get to build rapport with customers and not have to be overly pushy about sales.
Cons
Lack of freedom on dress code, must wear white button up and black clothing plus no sitting breaks. Not paid for lunch break. Hours are never posted more than a week or 2 ahead of time.
