      - Good discount for employees - Good training - Good environment & work condition - Can learn a lot of knowledge

      Cons

      - Bad time schedule - Everything depends on store manager emotional - Hard to book day-off even more than 1 month in advance - Tough hours for PT3 ( part-time ), sometime just get 5-10hrs - Need to get approvement for day-off
