- Wont let me take time off even without pay on a non busy season. - No opportunities to advance. Started doing some management work, yet no acknowledgement - Pay was unfair - Most employees were unhappy with management. As to make it worse, I left with a wave of about 10 other people who also resigned. The ones still staying are because they are waiting for another new job first. Even a few managers left, as they saw how bad the culture was, and saw no improvement will come. (They were the good managers who made work a little more bearable)
