Coach teaches good customer service and sales skills. It also extends excellent health benefits. The monthly team share bonus when the monthly sales target is reached provides an excellent incentive to stay.
Cons
Coach lacks a solid on-boarding and training process. No standard documentation exists or is provided for all store processes to ensure that employees perform the same level of service.
