Pros
Coach has been very reasonable with their expectations and has provided stability with part time work for me. They have been flexible with other demands that I have outside of work and understanding of last minute changes that have occured. The work atmosphere is positive and people work well with each other.
Cons
The pay is on par with entery level retail work yet the performance expectations is on par with a higher brand name such as Coach. Some of the employees have been borderline incompetent and they are strung along rather than provided with additional training or just let go. Advancement to management positions is diffucult and may be influenced by personalities rather than performances.
