Pros
There were great team incentives for all sales associates and a generous employee discount that was increased at random times.
Cons
PT3 employees can't meet goals based on the limited hours they're scheduled. I had upt, sph, and overall weekly sales goals but wasn't scheduled often and at the mercy of traffic.
