8moThank you for leaving a review and for your feedback. We're sorry to hear of your experience with us. Our Customer Team Leader induction comprises of a combination of online modules and hands on training, all of which is covered within your working hours.
We also believe that your interpretation of our policy on handling situations where you suspect shoplifting is taking place isn't correct. Where possible we ask that there is a "Safe challenge" and we do not ask that you physically intervene in any circumstances. We will reach out to the operations team to make sure that this aspect of our policy is made clear. Colleague safety is our prime concern and we ask that all incidents are reported on My Safety and to the police.
