We’re sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling unsupported. We know that leadership consistency and fair workload distribution are essential, and we continue to invest in development and clearer expectations for managers and team leaders. We hope that you spoke up about your concerns at the time.
On policy enforcement, we understand how difficult it can be to manage repeat shoplifting and disruptive behaviour. Our policies are designed to protect colleagues, but we know they don’t always feel that way in practice. We continue to invest in technology and resources to support stores, including security measures and escalation routes to make sure colleagues feel safe and supported.
