Being a Customer Team Leader is a valued and integral part of our operations. Many of our current managers and senior colleagues began in similar roles, and we view it as a strong foundation for career development within the organisation. That said, we understand that everyone’s experience is unique, and we’re always looking for ways to improve how we support and engage our team.
