Co-op Response
1yThank you for your review and feedback. We're pleased to see that you're happy with the workplace and culture.
At Co-op we review our salaries annually and each role within the organisation has been allocated a Work Level based on its job size. Every Work Level is linked to a pay range with a minimum value, a maximum value, and relevant industry benchmarks. The benchmark value is based upon the external market and is used as a reference point.
There are a number of factors that influence colleague pay, including internal equity, experience, and your individual performance. Should you want to grow your salary even further, you may consider applying for roles at a higher work level. There are a number of resources you can refer to including the Development Hub for courses to help you to prepare for future roles and the internal careers site to search for opportunities that may be of interest to you.
We also recommend that you visit the Pay and Reward Hub to see how your role and work level is defined and use the benchmark tool to see where your pay sits against the benchmark and work level pay ranges.
