Pros
The Co Operative Food is good to work at personally for me because my beach is only around the corner from my house, my hours are suited to my availability, most of the staff are friendly and easy to get along with and my wages are very good.
Cons
Management don't function as part of the team, they just bark out orders from the office and get you to do their work for them. I like the amount of hours I get, but hate when then are...sometimes it's 6:00am until 15:00pm or 15:00pm to 23:15pm....these sort of hours prevent me from getting any assignments done from college resulting in me falling behind.
