      Pros

      Manager experience, nice colleagues, control over how you run a shift

      Cons

      Underpaid, stressful, if other people run a bad shift then you're left to make up for it, too much responsibility for the pay.

Please do speak to your manager if you are having concerns over your workload or if you believe that other members of your team need support.

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
