Pros
- The people were great, I enjoyed working with the all the employees and managers on different days - Training was basic and straightforward, so you will learn very quickly - Flexible working days and hours so long as you spoke to your manager at least a month ahead of time. There were always extra shifts available
Cons
- No career progression as the company generally rotates managers internally from other stores, because of this there was some employees that had remained customer sales assistants for 5+ years - No further training opportunities beyond the first few weeks. Although there wasn't much to learn as a customer sales assistant, the lack of training also showed that there was no opportunities for development and promotion
