Pros

Flexible hours so good for students and working mums. 10% staff discount.

Cons

Never enough staff, unrealistic targets, managers often clueless and uncaring. No overtime rate or bonuses for normal staff just upper management Expected to give good customer service while also giving good availability which is often difficult due to lack of staff. Stupid amounts of time spent on gap scans which the stores are marked on. Would not recommend unfortunately as it used to be a good company to work for.

Pros

Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

Cons

Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
