      Pros

      Flexible work options, very good work/life balance with hybrid office & home working. Great salary and benefits, such as holiday and sick pay. Friendly staff who are mainly all the 'Co-op' way of working and happy to help others. Lovely office & nice environment to work in.

      Cons

      The office can be quiet due to everyone having different working arrangements, but can plan days in with your team members. Lots of internal team restructures & changes to senior leadership recently, but hopefully will be ironed out in the next year or so.

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
