      Pros

      A constantly evolving employer that will give you a rewarding work life. The salary can be good providing you are placed in a store with medium to high turnover. A great team ethic in store.

      Cons

      Work / life balance can be difficult to achieve. An ever changing company that is moving more and more towards delivering KPI's that just don't seem relevant instead of delivering the bottom line. Very few career opportunities as Store Managers seem to stay in one store for years and years at a time.

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
