      Pros

      - Interesting work in the space I am in - Autonomy in the work I do. No dogmatic ways of working - Company pushes you to develop and gives opportunities - Company values that I align with - Great benefits, holiday, discounts etc - Flexible working, no fixed hours per day. It's do your contracted hours per week

      Cons

      - If you like going to an office then you can but not many people from my department go in - Some processes internally can be slow and hinder progress on a project

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
