Pros

-Free healthcare, good PTO -Doors opened via Clinton name and impactful work -Used to be a great place to work

Cons

-Fired multiple women (who had been employed at the Foundation for 8+ years, each) while they were on maternity leave, this year. -New management has taken over and created a toxic environment. New direction leaves people in constant fear of losing their job or getting berated and demeaned. -Former focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion has gone by the wayside in favor of hiring people with personal connections to leadership.
