Pros
Having business in over 100 markets presents legitimate global career opportunities. There are also pportunities to move across business lines and build a career in whatever manner of one's choosing. Bright people really strive to make the best of their work, and one is surrounded by earnest, smart thinking.
Cons
Citi is heavily matrixed which requires too many stakeholders. The company stll hasn't effectively capitalized on synergies across product lines to benefit our customers - and it make take years to really accomplish that. There are not enough O&T resources to get any projects done.
