      there's ways to climb your way up the ladder within your desk. People are always coming/going from firms in S&T

      Cons

      but also ways to get low balled if you work on a desk that doesnt produce for the firm. It's also a dying area of banks, everything is getting digitalized

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
