Great Place, Could use better managers - KYC Analyst Citi Employee Review

Some managers are very unprofessional, they lack some management skills but still continue to get promoted without any proper training which creates a negative work enviroment for employees as you cannot relay on your manager to do their job which affects you directly. Same with SMEs, some seemed to be annoyed to be asked for help (which is their job), and they seemed to always have a different answer, if you got a bad instruction from them, the consequences fell on you, and they still continued to get promoted to different positions
