      Hybird work model The facilities are very nice (cafeteria, gym, desks) Everyone is very friendly/inviting

      Your experience is very team-dependant Upward mobility is difficulty due to new more strict promotion guidelines There is a degree of blame shifting

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
