      Good benefits, diverse working environment, hybrid work flexibility, decent work-life balance

      Slow decision making, office politics, inconsistent manager quality, managers did not spend much time training skills and had to learn on the job mostly, not much opportunity to get to know team/office colleagues

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good
