      Strong footprint in Asia with local presence in many countries, strong corporate and commercial banking, opportunities to transfer internally and other locations, some good people.

      Cons

      Bloated management structure, weak investment bank, poor systems and infrastructure, weak controls.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
