      The belief of a great company to work for. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Older, entrenched managers not changing with government requirements, technology - very slow to change anything.. Little data governance. Terrible work/life balance. Managers watch the clock, not deliverables.

      Flexibility regarding hybrid work, Nice office, good environment in the office.

      Cons

      Distant leads, not much community culture, if you don't mind working alone for several weeks, this should not be an issue

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
