      Senior managers (MDs) easily intimidated--heavy bias in recruiting Entitlement culture by some leaders leads to self-preservation Cycles of layoffs - 10K impacted recently. (sad) Regulatory scrutiny recent years has led to higher demands

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
