Overworked, no thanks for hard work, TL's are awful, will throw meditation and yoga classes and talk about self care but then be so mean to people and pressure them into working to perfection which is not possible in this environment. Emails daily asking why something is no done and often asking if we just did not bother when staff are being worked to the bone. Tone from TLs is not human and major bullying. HR do nothing about it
