Pros
My coworkers are very helpful, kind, intelligent, and competent. The training program is quite thorough. The work is rigorous and challenging but fair. A variety of resources are provided. The work environment is comfortable, flexible, and versatile.
Cons
The pay is low, low, low. It really could be a tad higher for the type of work we are asked to do. The yearly work schedule is a bit up in the air. Nothing is stated in stone, so balancing one's work and personal life is difficult. The branch is small. Team-work is not promoted at this branch. Autonomy is thought of as a very, very important quality.
