Excellent extra-curricula learning opportunities and for free. Excellent organizational environment, it teaches you how to behave in a large organization.
Cons
No real career opportunity in Budapest, management roles were clearly biased on the local people. People work there for years without any real advancement... as long as they are expats! Peak periods can be massacring with little to no attention to work life balance, at least in this role, burnout is a real danger. Beware.
