1. Great work life balance 2. Amazing perks and better remuneration than other banking / analytics firms 3. Flat hierarchy and very helpful seniors who listen to what you have to say
Cons
1. It's a pain to get new initiatives approved due to a long list of approvals required 2. Appraisal and bonus are not as high as other firms. However, during the hiring process they give a good jump so this is subsumed to a limit
