      Pros

      I thorughly enjoyed working with the people I had regular contact with. The rewards came daily as my peers and internal clients expressed their appreciation for the work done, and the trust gave to me.

      Cons

      Despite the promises by senior management that efforts would be made to help improve overall morale, little practical steps made it down to us.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      Cons

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
