Pros
Plenty of additional benefits to choose from Subsidised canteen
Cons
Office environment Truly awful. You walk in and its deathly quiet. Nobody will speak to you, not even your manager. You stand no chance of making any "friends" whilst here. Work life balance Its non existent. You will be expected to work around 5-10 hours additional each work at least and not be paid for it. You needn't have a partner or any children because your relationship with them will be severely affected because you will never get to see them. The only faces you'll see all week are the dreary zombies sitting amongst you. Managers Absolutely zero people skills. They promote people who are good at the analytical work but not necessarily managerial work. They cannot motivate staff. They will constantly tell you about the high turnover whilst offering no solutions and expect their existing staff to work themselves to the ground. They won't ask their staff how they can make anything better because they can't or they genuinely don't care. You can go weeks with your manager not even so much as saying hello to you. The work Repetitive and boring. You will spend your days doing the same thing day in day out to the point its almost robotic. Your work load will be about what is expected from 4 employees in different companies. Mistakes are made because the staff are too overstretched yet you will be fully blamed. You are made to complete additional "goals" which coinicentally is presentational work that should be completed by managers, leaving staff to concentrate on the already high work load they have on their plates. You are told its for your "progression" yet not many promotions actually come up. When they do come up, it seems to be those who stay all hours of the night to work get promoted rather than the efficient workers who attempt to have a half decent social life. Overall, if you work here, you will be overworked, stressed and fed up. You will more than likely end up on anti depressants and sitting like a zombie within 6 months.
