      Pros

      Good Pay 30 PL 12 sick leave WFH policy Bank holidays insurance, paternity leave and other facilities are very good A really good company for working women or mother.

      Cons

      Just work life can be hectic and managers will only promise to do something but nothing is done. If you can handle work pressure rest everything is good about the company

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
