      Pros

      There is no pros, they dont care about you development, they treat you like a robot

      Cons

      work + 12 hours a day. no opportuinites to grow. they just teach how to run files but if you ask something different or if you have a doubt they will no care id it is not related to your work. the out many promotion that they a really good place to work but thats not true

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      Cons

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
